1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be in good condition
- Must be within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and final sale items, are not eligible for return. Please check the product description for more details.
2. Return Process

- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within [30] days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Return the Item: Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Prepaid Labels: In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. If a prepaid label is provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please note the following:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once it is received. Refunds may take an additional 14 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs, gift cards, and certain sale items are non-refundable. If you received a discount or free shipping on your original purchase, the amount refunded may reflect the original price minus the applied discount.
5. Exchanges
Finally All Natural does not accept exchanges.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

We may request photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
7. International Returns
For international orders, please note that return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Broken by customer’s cause or contaminated products.
9. Cancellations
